Feelings by Zack Steel

You speak of feelings,
But you can’t feel what I feel,
I can't feel the way you do,
You want me to empathize and sympathize,
That I expect the same from you, yet you never realize,
Our connection we strive to synchronize,
But we are never in-sync,
The more you doubt the less you think,
I wish you would focus and dismiss the ‘hocus pocus’,
Just focus on us
